Should be strong in UNIX/ LINUX (any one)Should be strong in SQL and PL/SQL (any one)Knowledge in Java (For L3 Should be good with Java)Experience in Production supportStrong in problem solving with troubleshooting and debuggingDatabase: Stored Procedure and Query Optimization knowledgeEffective verbal & written communication skills Should be good in ITIL process like Knowledge Management, Incident Management and Ticket ManagementStrong understanding of Linux operating systemsHands on experience using Unix commands, writing shell scripts, building small tools (non-negotiable – this will be assessed in the interview)Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, out of the box thinker, ability to connect dots when presented with disjoint data set (non-negotiable – this will be assessed in the interview)Understanding of existing Java infrastructure, ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest changes etc
